Overview

The County of Vermilion River and the Vermilion & District Chamber of Commerce are putting together a collaboration box to showcase the wonderful unique businesses the County of Vermilion River area has to offer. 50 of these boxes will be available for purchase starting on October 4.

The County of Vermilion River and the Vermilion & District Chamber of Commerce are looking for 7- 15 items to fill each of these boxes based on price point and expected popularity, with extra interest in items that are made locally and/or unique to this area. We are looking to sell these boxes at no more than $80.00/box, and are hoping to purchase selected items at cost from retailers. This is a non-profit initiative, with the sole purpose being to highlight and promote our area’s businesses.

Businesses must be located within the County of Vermilion River in order to participate.

The County of Vermilion River and the Vermilion & District Chamber of Commerce will also be creating a promotional publication to feature the participating businesses and sponsors.

Interested businesses are invited to choose between 2 and 4 items they think would make a great addition to this box. Please keep in mind uniqueness, popularity, and price point when making your item selection.

Sponsorship Opportunity

Interested businesses who do not have retail products or are not chosen to contribute to the box are invited to sponsor this box with a minimum $250 cash donation.

• Box Sponsor ~ $250 (Businesses who don’t have retail items are encouraged to be a Box Sponsors)
• Gift Card Sponsor ~ $100 (Donation of Gift Cards with a value of $20+ will be accepted from the first 10 businesses who respond)
• Discount Cards/Coupons (Discount Cards/Coupons will be accepted from the first 5 businesses who respond, must supply 50)
• Items ~ Please fill out information below (7 to 15 items to be sold at cost to the Vermilion & District Chamber of Commerce)
